This document describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the services provided at AnotherMansTreasure.co.uk.  By using this site you agree to all of the terms and conditions featured in this document and all laws and regulations governing the site.  We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, notifying any active members via email.  Your continued use of the service will indicate your agreement to such changes.  If you have any questions that have not been fully answered in this document please email support@anothermanstreasure.co.uk before registering.

1) Eligibility.

Our services are only available to any persons over the age of 18 resident in the UK.  If you do not qualify please do not use any of the services provided on the site.

2) Another Mans Treasure is only a venue.

Our site acts as a venue where donors can list their items for free and recipients can make arrangments to recieve any items listed, either by using the sites built-in "Post Now" feature or by contacting the donor to arrange collection.  We are not involved in the actual transaction between donors and recipients.  As such we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of any items listed on the website.  Likewise we cannot confirm the accuracy of the listings, the ability of the donors to give items, nor the ability of the recipients to take items.  We cannot ensure that a donor or recipient will actually complete a transaction.  As we are not involved in the actual transaction between donors and recipients, in the event that there should be a dispute with one or more users, you release AnotherMansTreasure.co.uk and all affiliates from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

3) Listing.

All items posted on the site should be in good taste.  Any objectionable or illegal items that are listed on the site will result in the immediate deletion of the advertisment and cancellation of the users membership to AnotherMansTreasure.co.uk.  It is at the discretion of AnotherMansTreasure.co.uk what content is appropriate for the site.  The following is a list of items that are prohibited.  Animals (both living and dead), pornography, alcohol, drugs (legal or otherwise), tobacco, weapons including any firearms.  We are not responsible for the information and condition presented in any of the listings.  Any information presented in a listing is the sole responsibility of the user who created the listing.  We do not take responsibilty for the condition or operating functionality of any electrical items that are listed on the site and we reccommend that these items should be checked over by an expert to ensure that they are functioning correctly.  It is the recipients responsibility to have this carried out.  AnotherMansTreasure.co.uk does not pre-screen any of the listings but reserves the right to delete any of the content advertised at our discretion.  We strongly urge you to review both the donor and recipient of the site to ensure a high quality of transaction.  The sites feedback system is in place to aid with this process.

4) Reliability.

The site and all of its content are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind that arise from using the site.
