Thank you for taking the time to visit Another Man's Treasure where everything that is advertised is free! We have put a great amount of effort into ensuring that our item donors and recipients alike have an easy to use interface in which to list and find free items. 

Item donors now have the ability to list their items either for collection or delivery.  The delivery option gives the donor a much larger audience to pass on their unused or unwanted items.  By using PayPal the recipient can pay the donor for the postage of the item in just a few clicks. Once the postage payment has reached the donors PayPal account (notified via email from PayPal) the donor can automatically print off a postage stamp using the PayPal Online Postage Center.  Once packaged up the item can be dropped off at the nearest Post Office for delivery.  Alternatively the funds can be withdrawn from the PayPal account and the item taken to the Post Office where the appropriate postage costs can be paid and the item delivered. 

If the delivery process is too complicated for you or your item doesnt suit this method of listing then there is always the collection option available.  With this method you simply list your item online with us and wait for a potential recipient in your area to contact you via our online messaging system to arrange collection.  With the listing filter section of the site recipients can now be notified via email as soon as an item meeting their specified criteria is listed. From a donors point of view this means that as soon as your item is listed with us emails may be automatically being dispatched notifying potential recipients across the UK.
